CRAIG HYLAND
Craig is responsible for leading the team into territories that are meaningful and for aligning with the partners and initiatives most suitable for these mediums.
As a industry veteran and founding partner, Craig’s passions within the immersive and augmented mediums emerge from the need to to continually connect on a deeper level. He is driven by a strong desire to leverage these technologies in a way that reminds us what it means to be human. The behaviors associated with empathy, and the belief that these connections can shape society for a better good, come straight from his core.
NIKO PLAITAKIS
Niko leads our creative and technology teams from initial concept through final execution.
An industry veteran and founding partner, Niko has successfully navigated the digital age through its most evolutionary milestones, and inspired those around him with a passion that is infectious. As an early adopter and critic of new technologies, as well as a student of eastern philosophy, Niko brings a very grounded perspective to the rapidly emerging trends associated with immersive and virtual reality.
SHANNON KESTER
Shannon oversees all production related logistics – leading the crew seamlessly through strategy, budgeting and scheduling.
Shannon’s foray into digital started through the 2D camera lens. The theories behind immersive experiences have not only expanded her canvas, but also her skills to manage each stage of project development with a laser focus on detail. Proof that a creative mind can drive the most effective producers.
RADIAN ANTARIKSO
Radian is the driving force behind THiNKIMMERSIVE – responsible for all technology research and implementation, and our conduit to the learnings only available via very specific community involvement.
Once an intense gamer, Radian knows first-hand how one can be transformed by the immersive medium. With extensive experience as an animator, programmer, computer hardware builder, and today, a virtual world architect, he possesses a unique understanding of how human interacts with machine. Radian’s unique insight and perspective is crucial in the experiences we create.
DIMITRI AMAXAS
Dimitri is team lead on all visual identity, environment design, and 360 animation.
Our digital design lead with a keen sense and ability to create, animate, and deliver across all strategic and creative objectives. With a 10-year print, web, mobile, and motion design background — and a serious passion for sound — the immersive space has greatly enhanced Dimitri’s canvas. As a result, it has set the stage for a whole new form of expressive visual and sound design. Dimitri is also our link to the latest tech gear, consistently tracking device design and user feedback.
DAVID SCHILIRO
David is responsible for redefining the traditional narrative structure continually exploring and re-writing the rules for immersive storytelling.
After over a decade working as a professional actor in NYC, David moved behind the camera and began directing, shooting, and editing various short documentary pieces. A firm believer that for every person, brand, or product, there’s a story to be told. David’s extensive study and experience as an actor combined with his experience shooting and editing documentaries, creates a strong foundation for finding and telling compelling stories.
TINA ANNINO
Tina is our connection to the social sphere and crucial in our quest to remain relevant.
Tina joined the crew as a design freelancer and quickly became our radar for emerging lifestyle trends in the digital realm. With a background in Fine Arts, Women’s Studies, and 90’s grunge, she thrives on embracing new territories. The immersive medium is her latest area of study.
JOHNNY DUNN
Johnny is our connection to emerging technologies and related tech community insight.
Johnny joined us with a BFA in Design and Technology, as well as a background in Journalism. He is a well-rounded technology enthusiast with a particular focus and strength in Unity, Oculus, Gear VR, and Google Cardboard development.
LAWRENCE SAMUEL Ph.D.
Larry guides the team from a data-driven approach, maintaining full legitimacy and viability all along the way.
Our strategic lead as a well-published cultural anthropologist, creative writer/researcher and advertising veteran, Larry is a storyteller at heart. Stories that are not only engaging, but those that are based on merit and historical relevance. He helps the crew and our clients best understand the subject matter at hand from a holistic perspective allowing us to leverage this insight throughout the creative concept development and execution process.
